Whoever is driving this is RECKLESS! And ignorant. Doing everything in his power to not let me over, speeding up etc to make sure I couldn’t get over and almost caused an accident. All While I have my baby in the car. I wouldn’t dare trust his service merely off how this driver is on the road. Not cautious at all!

My experience this morning with dan robertson and nick maurer was fantastic? Not only three were these guys happy to be there helping the customer, but went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. In a world that customer service is dead.This was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend to the tradesperson and homeowner. Come check 'em out, give them your money

Dan was fabulous and can’t say enough about Dave Welch! What an amazing gentleman. He took his time to listen to my concerns and solved all my issues! His wife Joanne who also works there should count her lucky stars for suck an amazing man!

Can I just say excellent service. I need a "special" part for a new tub that was being installed today. I didn't realize the drain kit was missing until they got ready to install the tub. Shame on me for not having everything they needed to install. Anyway, after calling several stores in the area, no one had it until I got to Vic Bonds. Even though they were closing soon, the nice young man ask me where I was coming from and told me to come on. They will be open at least 5-10 after closing. I arrived after closing and they welcome me in there store and provided me the service as if I was their first customer of the day. They didn't rush me like there were ready to go home. KUDOS to you Vic Bonds!!

They didn't open on time,about 10 minutes late. They may be knowledgeable, but they sure don't do service with a smile. Seems like guy had a attitude. Felt like he was taking it out on me.
